[color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM , accepts nations of all size resembling the traits that [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM is built upon. The alliance Lord of Internal Affairs is responsible for accepting, new members and administering their behavior. Expulsion is a direct result of treason, disregard of the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM charter, and disrespect to any members of any other alliance. Expulsion is allowed by any other actions deemed irresponsible, or harmful to the alliance; by the House of Lords.

Members of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM are expected to remain active, participate in internal programs, contribute to the success of the alliance, serve in the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Army and abide by the laws of The Code. Should any member fail to comply with The Code, any member can recommend to the House a fair punishment, that Punishment for failing to abide by The Code can range from limited access to the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Programs, temporary bans (timebans), expulsion, or retaliation by the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Military.

House of Lords

The House of Lords is a permanent rank of the most elite members of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM . The members of the House served until dismissed, they are bestowed the title of ‘Lord’ with a swear to uphold The Code, dedication, loyalty, honor, and with the promise to make every decision in the best interest of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM . [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM is a complete, and absolutely meritocracy, any members can obtain any position with proven work, and qualification. Hard workers are granted powerful positions within the alliance.
The Emperor

The supreme power within Meet Your Makers. The Emperors’ word is law and is beyond contestation. As ruling monarch, The Emperors’ is empowered with the authority to dictate, propose, introduce or guide policy in all departments, areas and interests of the organization. The Emperor, if he or she deems it within the best interests of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM , can block any legislation or proposal within the alliance, using the authority handed down to them via The Code. The Emperor’s rule is indefinite and eternal, forever shall the Emperor reign.
The Emperor is the Lead Commander in Chief of the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Military, and Chief Diplomat..


[color:7bb2="#4B0082"]The Sovereign
Second only to The Emperor, The Sovereign has wide-reaching powers to assist in his or her responsibility of protecting the stability, safety and efficiency of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM . The Sovereign is appointed and dismissed by The Emperor only, and serves [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM for as long as deemed necessary by The Emperor. The Sovereign, like The Emperor, has the authority to dictate, propose, introduce or guide policy in all departments, areas and interests of the organization, however, The Emperor can override and cancel any policy proposed or put into motion by The Sovereign. Further, The Vizier must seek counsel with The Sovereign before putting into motion any decision that has potential to undermine the security of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM . In the absence of The Emperor The Sovereign must consult with all Architects before proceeding with policy. The Sovereign has absolute authority over all members of the House, and is supreme only below the Emperor himself. Including all relations with [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM ; General of Military forces, Chief Envoy, and Overseer of all Internal Affairs

The Sovereign is directly responsible for overseeing the performance, activity and efficiency of The House. He or she must ensure each Lord is undertaking their duties and serving [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM to the best of their abilities. If The Sovereign believes a Lord is not achieving satisfactory results, he or she can alert The Emperor and suggest an appropriate action be created
House of Lords

Architects consist of the second-tier of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM government, with each Architect entrusted with wide-reaching powers in their specific area of jurisdiction. The Architects are democratically elected, with terms consisting of a two-month period. They answer to the Grand Architects, but maintain a high degree of independence. Architects are accountable for the success and efficacy of their departments.

The General of the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Army, the military organization entrusted with defending the interests and safety of the member nations of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM , through both defensive and assertive means. The Lord of War (LOW) leads [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Army in the name of The Emperor and has the ability to implement policies, programs and measures to assure the military might of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM is the epitome of efficacy and productivity. The LOW holds the power to appoint and direct Commanders, Officers and other military officials to assist in the efficient running of the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Army. The entire military force, and military operations is directly bestowed upon the LOW, who only answers to The Emperor and The Sovereign regarding military matters.

Lord of Foreign Affairs (LFA)
The Lord of Foreign Affairs, as Head Diplomat of MYM is responsible for all foreign affairs matters concerning [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM and it state of a successful and peaceful alliance. It is The LFA’s responsibility to work towards the guarantee of strong, peaceful relations with all foreign alliances, through his or her own duties, as well as the coordination and creation of the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Ambassador Association (OAA) Answering only to the Emperor and Sovereign The LFA is to organize the OAA through appointing and assigning capable Ambassadors to represent our policy and assist in bettering intra-alliance relations.

The LFA has the crucial responsibility of being [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM of the predominant public representatives of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM policy and must keep in regular contact with foreign alliances, whether through ambassadors, diplomatic statement releases or meetings with foreign affairs counterparts. Lord of Finance (LOF)
The Treasurer deals with all financial matters of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM and is accountable for ensuring all member nations grow efficiently and have access to programs, assistance and markets to increase their prosperity and capability to advance. The Treasurer is directly responsible for internal aid programs, growth assistance initiatives, technological trades and exchanges, novice grants, trading, banking and other miscellaneous fiscal concerns. To promote productivity, The Treasurer is entrusted with the authorization to appoint and coordinate Directors for specific areas of Treasury jurisdiction, for example, a Director of Trade.

Lord of Recruitment (LOR)
The LOR is the builder of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM . The LOR will be responsible for bolstering the ranks of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM through implementing and coordinating recruitment programs. The LOR has the authority to decide the success or failure of new applicants, with the ability to bestow them with the h[color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM r of the Novice title. Further, The LOR, in coordination with the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM University, is accountable for ensuring the members of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM contain only the highest quality in the world of Cyber Nations, and must Endeavour to deny the application of those who will not contribute to the alliance, or seek to harm it. Additionally, The LOR will have immense responsibility in ensuring the efficiency of internal programs, in all areas, and Endeavour to continually improve internal organization.
COLOR=“#4B0082”] Article III: Policy, Programs and Legislation[/color]

The Emperor and Sovereign of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM along with members of the House have the power to introduce alliance wide programs and policies. The representatives residing in the House must consult with the Emperor before creating programs. However, once these programs are in full affect, members of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM must participate , and/or highly encouraged to participate in all alliance wide actions and programs. All programs are created to further ensure success, peace, and harmony within [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM ; any program deemed established in contradiction to the above principles or in the best interest of the alliance will be terminated immediately.

The Emperor is the highest power in all aspects of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM policy. No treaty, agreement or document involving [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM and a foreign power is deemed official until it is ratified by the signature of The Emperor. Similarly, no deployment of the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Army may occur without a declaration by The Emperor, unless the situation deems appropriate; whereas waiting will immediately endanger [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM . Unless previously stated otherwise by The Emperor.

All Members of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM , the House of Lords, are expected to abide by The Code and act in a respectful, diplomatic manner towards all other organizations and their members. Emperor is a beacon of peace, honor, integrity, and courage with each member exemplifying these qualities at all times. [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM constituent are obliged to follow the Five Codes of Peace:
1. Respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity.
2. Non-aggression, with exception towards a threat to [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM ’s security.
3. Non-interference with the internal affairs of foreign organizations.
4. Peaceful co-existence.

[color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM will employ a team of ambassadors, who are to represent [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM through foreign embassies and public venues, symbolizing [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM 's goals for peace, prosperity and efficiency. Further, ambassadors are to inform foreign organizations of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM policy. The ambassadors will form [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM 's Diplomatic Body who, under the command of The Shield, will ensure healthy relationships between [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM and foreign entities. An ambassador is expected to be the epitome of the peaceful laws expressed within The Document, and holds a highly-regarded position.
[color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] Article V: War

[color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM is a peaceful organization, dedicated to resolving issues with tact and diplomacy. However, should any entity pose a threat to the security of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM , through outside aggression, infringement on sovereignty and territory, internal subversion, espionage, or assault on any protectorate or dominion, the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Imperial Force will respond in a manner deemed appropriate by The Sovereign and The Sword. The Sovereign is the sole official within [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM with authority to declare war on a foreign entity, or negotiate peace with any organization. At which point, The LOW is bestowed with the power to deploy the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM army to serve [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM in protecting alliance interests and security.

Members of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM are strictly prohibited from engaging in any conflict with a nation that has sworn allegiance to a foreign alliance not in a state of war with [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM . Members who participate in such actions, without prior exemption given by a Lord, will be punished by [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM , in consultation with The House. Should this joint consultation decide that a revocation of membership is necessary, The Emperor will administer such a punishment.

Conversely, members are permitted to engage in military training exercises against nations who are unaligned and have not sworn allegiance to any foreign organization. However, to participate in training exercises, a member must receive clearance from an officer; the Emperor, Sovereign, LOW, or any Commander in the [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM Army prior to declaring war on that nation, through the appropriate process. A member found in violation of this law will be subject to a reprimand administered by The LOW in consultation with the Emperor. In all conflicts, members are permitted to use all aspects of conventional warfare, including land attacks, air raids, spies and cruise missiles. The use of nuclear weapons is also permitted in all circumstances; however, a member must receive clearance from the LOW, Emperor, or Sovereign to launch a Nuclear Missile. Failure to receive clearance results in the member being prohibited from firing any nuclear weapons. If a member ignores this prohibition, a severe penalty will be enforced by the Emperor

Amendments to The Code can be made at any time by Emperor. No other member of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM is bestowed with this power, however, Sovereign, House and Members of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM may recommend or propose amendments to be considered by The Emperor. All amendments to The Code must be announced to the Members of [color:7bb2=“#4B0082”] MYM immediately after the alteration is made.
